CAPITAL.MY is a strategic platform founded by William Tan that helps founders and shareholders navigate significant growth, capital, ownership and exit decisions. For the purposes of the PDPA, CAPITAL.MY is the data controller in respect of personal data collected through this website.

As Tally is operated outside Malaysia, your personal data may be transferred to, and stored on, servers located outside Malaysia. By submitting the form, you consent to this transfer. We have taken reasonable steps to ensure that any such transfer is subject to a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.
We retain enquiry data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
5. Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties except:
- To our form processing service provider (Tally), strictly for the purpose of collecting and storing your enquiry
- Where your situation, with your knowledge, requires coordination with appropriately licensed or professional third parties (for example, a licensed capital markets intermediary), in which case we will discuss this with you before any such disclosure
- Where required by law, regulation, or a valid order of a court or regulatory authority in Malaysia
