Given the sensitive nature of capital raising and M&A, members agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared by other members within private sessions or closed groups ("Chatham House Rule" applies unless otherwise stated). Sharing private deal flow or proprietary data outside the network without permission is grounds for immediate termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital.my, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the Site or Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia.
