1. About CAPITAL.MY
CAPITAL.MY helps business owners assess their capital needs and objectives, identify the capital route that fits, and connect with capital partners and transaction professionals relevant to their situation. This includes growth and acquisitions, fundraising, ownership changes, IPOs and trade sales.
2. What CAPITAL.MY does not do
CAPITAL.MY does not provide investment advice, deal in securities or receive investor funds. Where an engagement involves regulated capital market activities, those services are undertaken by appropriately licensed entities.
Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction.
3. Enquiries and engagements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either party to proceed. We review every enquiry and will respond by email or arrange a call where we believe we can help.
An engagement begins only when both parties agree in writing on a scope of work, fee structure and timeline. Fees are agreed upfront, either as a retainer or on a milestone basis. The written engagement terms take precedence over these Terms of Use.
4. Capital partners and professionals
Capital partners and transaction professionals we introduce are independent third parties. They make their own decisions, including whether to invest, lend, act or proceed, and on what terms.
We do not guarantee that any introduction will result in funding, a transaction or any particular outcome, valuation or timeline.
5. Confidentiality
All enquiries are treated in strict confidence. We will not share your company information with any capital partner or professional without your consent. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Information you provide
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share it on behalf of your company. Our assessment and recommendations depend on the information you give us.
7. Website content
